But I haven't drawn Trois in a while so I'm posting it anyway.
You know, I really hate how a lot of my characters are way old... So their names are either stupid because I named them when I was younger and kind of a retard, or their names just simply don't fit the character anymore. (And on very rare occasions, the name turns out to be a potty word in a different language lololfaen.)
I hate renaming characters though, because in my head I'll always think of them as their original name 8(
Someday I'm gonna have to suck it up and rename some of my characters anyway ahaha. (Trois being one of them. /sob)

I kind of know what you mean about the naming thing. :< You could make their old name, like, a middle name? And then give them a new first name? Or something like that... I don't know, I'm trying to make this comment helpful, haha. Or, I guess depending on the name, you could make it a last name, too, unless they have one already.
OR~ If they have a weapon, don't some people name their weapons? You could use their old name as a name for their weapon or something, but I don't think a lot of your character's have weapons, so I guess that's not helpful.
Okay, I'm done, haha. I hope you figure something out about the names, though. :>

I get around the name problem by giving them a 'real name' and then having their old name be a nickname for convoluted reasons and using it anyway. Or just being like "YEAH IT'S A STUPID NAME THAT DOESN'T EXIST WANNA FIGHT ABOUT IT?! WHAT?! WHAT?!"
