As for schoolwork, I finished my texture collage drawing for Drawing 2.

Done with newspaper clippings and pastels on Rives BFK. Theme was urban space. It doesn't really look much different from the preliminary drawing that I posted a while ago but I did indeed put a lot more effort into the final version (although I vastly prefer the preliminary ahahaha). The nose looks kind of wonky but oh well LOL.

aand here's some crap I've done for school over the past couple of days.

for Design 2. my color wheel, made with just primary colors. I am so proud of it for some bizarre reason LMAO. I think I just like it so much because it turned out a far more perfect circle than I had expected since I didn't measure or anything. I THINK I DID OK WITH THE COLOR MIXING TOO. although some of the darker colors look kinda fucked up in this picture because my phone takes bad pictures. awesome.


for 3D Design. sculpture of my purse, made with 16 gauge annealed wire. it doesn't really resemble a purse much I guess LOL... what I was sculpting was the folds rather than the actual purse, so that's why it looks kind of... weird. ahahaha. plus my purse was laying in this strange semi-collapsed position, which made the sculpture look even more odd. IT LOOKS LIKE SOME WEIRD MELTING BLOB.


also for 3D Design. a sword with feathers for the blade LOL. THIS CLASS FORCES ME TO MAKE STRANGE ART. my assignment was to take an object and change the texture of it drastically enough that it would alter one's perception of it. soo yes, sharp and scary sword is now fluffy and feathery. eccellente.

I beat Brotherhood today. (I'm slow, I know.) AGHGHH I hate Assassin's Creed endings!! always such bad cliffhangers :c I-I have no idea how she would survive that but I really hope Lucy doesn't die... I'm kind of attached to her LOL :(

I also 100% rebuilt Rome which was pretty awesome (but ULTRA EXPENSIVE oh my god). so now I've got that snazzy Auditore cape. NOW I CAN STEAL FROM PEOPLE 24/7 WITHOUT EVER BECOMING NOTORIOUS oh my god I love it. (not that it does me a lot of good now that I've beaten the game but... WELL WHATEVER I'M HAPPY ANYWAY.)

I've mentioned that Alto and Vero's eyes/lights change to red when they've taken heavy damage but I hadn't gotten around to drawing it, sooo I finally decided to quit being lazy.

Vero usually covers up so many of his lights that it's normally not as visible when he's injured as it is for Alto.

wooooo, tomorrow is my last day of school for this semester!!! only got one final left, but it's a project, not an exam. I'm done with my part of the project, so it's outta my hands now, but I have full confidence in Paris and Veronica so I know the rest of it will turn out fine. since I'm done with my part, I have absolutely no homework and no studying to do tonight. AMAZING. I'm gonna use this rare opportunity to sit on my butt and be lazy. 8D

don't you hate when you know exactly how you want a character to look, but when you try to draw it out, (s)he looks nothing like how you intended? TOTALLY EXPERIENCING THAT W/THIS CHARACTER.

one of the characters in the story with the twins/Jackie/Silas/the androids. he runs his fingers through his hair when he's stressed, so his hair wound up being kind of a mess hahaha.

Audrey decided to give out cookies as Christmas presents this year (cause we're really too broke to afford anything more extravagant than that LOL) and we made SO MANY COOKIES oh my god. there was like, fifty total.

I had my math placement test today. I failed getting into Math 111 by one point. I don't think I've ever been so happy about failing a test LMAO. That shit was WAY over my head and I defffinitely need a remedial course before I'm ready for 111. I'm pretty sure the only reason why I even got as high of a score as I did was because I'm just really good at guessing. And I didn't completely fail the test, so I only have to take one remedial course as opposed to two. I'm looking forward to taking math a little more now that I feel like I've been put in the right class.

I was asked to write a summary of the story that my android characters belong in, soo I'm gonna attempt that I guess LOL. I'm notoriously bad at summarizing so I'm sorry if it's vague or confusing XD
First I guess I should say who the characters are...? The main characters are Vincent and Quinn, and Silas is kind of their tagalong. Jackie and Vero are side characters that go together and as of right now Alto is sorta the loner of the group. There are a lot of other characters but these are the ones I have developed enough to actually draw out.
The story itself is a zombie story. Rush Inc. is a company that was working on some illegal projects (as these zombie stories typically begin) and it went really wrong, resulting in a zombie outbreak in the city. In an act of desperation to get the situation under control, the company was forced to hire pretty much anyone immune to the disease that was willing to work for them (as zombie hunters, essentially), which is how Vincent, Quinn, and Jackie wound up working for them. Rush tried to block off the city for a while to get the whole ordeal under control but it didn't work out very nicely and the virus spread beyond the city limits, sooo the company had to break out another one of their illegal projects, which would be the androids. They were created for warfare, making them ideal fighters against the zombies.
Where Silas fits into this story is kind of confusing so I won't get into it LOL. He's the only one who doesn't work for Rush Inc.
I hope that all makes sense? LOL I don't know how to summarize this story without it sounding like every other zombie story that's ever been created, but I swear it's not quite as unoriginal as it sounds. Zombie stories in general tend to kind of all sound the same to me when they're summarized.
I need a title for this story baddd. I keep putting all the drawings of these characters under the "misc ocs" tag and I really think I've drawn enough of them to have their own tag LOL 8( I JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT TO CALL IT.
